Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of professional experience in conversion rate optimization, growth strategy, or e-commerce enhancement roles
- Demonstrated background in direct-to-consumer or online retail settings
- In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus or comparable e-commerce platforms
- Proven track record managing A/B testing and structured experimentation initiatives
- Analytical proficiency with data interpretation and performance measurement
- Collaborative experience across UX, design, and technical development teams
- Skill in detecting user journey friction and converting findings into testable strategies
- Working knowledge of analytics and insights tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Northbeam, or equivalents
- Adaptability in fast-moving, results-oriented environments
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to lead with minimal oversight

Required (10)
- 8+ years in CRO, growth, or e-commerce optimization roles
- Strong experience in DTC or e-commerce environments
- Deep understanding of Shopify Plus or similar platforms
- Proven experience running A/B tests and experimentation programs
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data and performance metrics
- Experience working with UX, design, and development teams
- Ability to identify friction and translate insights into actionable tests
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Northbeam, or similar
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
