Responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable architectures for discovery systems, including deep learning models like Two-Tower and Transformer-based approaches for session-level vendor relevance.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and causal inference to improve marketing funnel performance through Media Mix Modeling, automated bidding, and predictive LTV analysis.
- Experience building frameworks to assess the true incremental impact of marketing investments and recommendation engine features.
- Proven ability to align cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Product Engineering teams to support scalable growth and market development.
- Leadership in creating high-volume data pipelines and feature systems that support real-time model training using both external marketing signals and internal user behavior data.
- Active engagement with emerging AI/ML trends in recommendation systems and growth technologies, promoting adoption of innovations such as generative ad content and automated data quality checks.
- Strategic leadership in implementing agentic AI systems, including autonomous agents for campaign optimization and self-correcting data workflows, with strong governance for safety and reliability.
