Responsibilities
- Engage in recruitment and personnel management for the Data QA team
- Oversee daily operations and provide both technical and non-technical support to team members
- Manage onboarding processes and coordinate ongoing training for QA staff
- Lead QA team contributions to interdepartmental projects, collaborating with stakeholders and department leaders
- Act as a key internal expert on data assets and assist other teams in leveraging datasets effectively
- Serve as the main point of contact for identifying, analyzing, and reporting data irregularities to leadership
