Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with organizational objectives, delivering a prioritized roadmap with measurable impact.
- Position the analytics function as a forward-thinking strategic advisor, proactively identifying risks and opportunities ahead of business needs.
- Recruit, manage, and grow a high-achieving team of analytics professionals.
- Promote a culture of analytical excellence and continuous learning, with defined career progression and internal leadership pipelines.
- Enforce strict standards for accuracy, reproducibility, documentation, and consistent metric definitions across the organization.
- Manage enterprise-wide KPI systems and self-service reporting tools, while advancing the use of statistical methods such as experimentation, forecasting, segmentation, and process control.
- Work directly with C-suite executives and department leaders to turn data insights into actionable strategies for revenue growth, cost efficiency, and customer retention.
- Act as the principal analytics representative in enterprise-level strategic planning discussions.
- Coordinate with data science, data engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure integrated and efficient data workflows.
- Drive widespread data literacy by expanding automated, self-service analytics capabilities to reduce reliance on centralized reporting teams.
