Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision for a cross-domain transfer pipeline leveraging content disarm and reconstruction, multi-engine malware scanning, proactive data loss prevention, software supply chain validation, AI-driven zero-day detection, and hardware-enforced data diodes.
- Translate national cybersecurity directives—such as NSA/NCDSMO 'Raise the Bar' and UK NCSC cross-domain principles—into a clear product development and assurance roadmap.
- Determine which features should be core product capabilities versus configurable options, and lead engineering efforts to unify the platform into a single integrated experience.
- Own the progression toward compliance and certification, meeting current UK and Five Eyes standards while advancing toward full NCDSMO and 'Raise the Bar' alignment over time.
- Collaborate with accreditation agencies, testing labs, and strategic partners to broaden eligibility for government and defense programs.
- Serve as the primary product authority in cross-domain sales engagements, helping define requirements, support integrators, and execute land-and-expand strategies.
- Work with marketing, sales specialists, and engineering teams to ensure accurate, competitive messaging, battle cards, and demonstrations.
- Ensure reliable deployment in isolated, air-gapped, and classified environments across both Windows and Linux platforms.
- Lead integration efforts across product components to deliver a unified customer experience.
- Transform proof-of-concept projects and joint customer engagements into a standardized, market-ready cross-domain product suite, including packaging and pricing models.
- Develop and maintain a clear competitive positioning strategy, producing actionable analysis and sales tools.
- Create demand-generation plans, sales training programs, and repeatable playbooks to enable consistent qualification and selling of the solution.
- Validate the offering through customer use cases, conduct proofs-of-concept, and incorporate successful outcomes into the official product.
- Identify and pursue new market access opportunities through partnerships and government contract vehicles.
- Maintain full ownership of business performance metrics, including pipeline visibility, revenue forecasting, and accountability for all go-to-market activities and results.
