Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of IT, Systems, and Data to design and implement an AI-powered data analytics strategy that supports scalable growth.
  • Develop and maintain effective governance frameworks across the data ecosystem, ensuring a balance between operational flexibility and standardized practices for accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
  • Form strategic partnerships across departments to identify key insights that enable data-driven decisions at every organizational level.
  • Oversee and enhance the current analytics infrastructure, including tools, workflows, and third-party vendor relationships.
  • Promote a culture of ongoing learning and evidence-based decision making throughout the organization.
  • Guide and grow technical leaders by sharing expertise in data visualization, strategic analysis, and root cause investigation.

Most new hires join at the accomplished stage, with salaries above that typically reflecting existing team members who've made significant impact and built deep Jane-specific knowledge. For this role, accomplished looks like: • Canada: $191,300 – $258,800 (accomplished: ~$225,000) • United States: $198,900 – $269,100 USD (accomplished: ~$234,000) This role also includes equity through our JSOP (Jane Stock Option Plan). Our stock has grown 11x over the past six years, with three opportunities to exercise options along the way.
