Responsibilities

- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team focused on innovation and practical problem solving.
- Make key decisions on system architecture, including edge-based inference, distributed computing, privacy-conscious AI, and real-time responsiveness.
- Develop robust evaluation standards, performance benchmarks, and validation processes for AI models and systems.
- Monitor advancements in AI research and technology to identify opportunities for product enhancement and mission impact.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to executives, clients, and non-technical stakeholders.
