EX Squared is hiring a Director of Accounting Services to play a critical role in shaping the financial health and reporting systems of the organization. This is a fully remote, global position.
What You'll Do
- Oversee key accounting functions including general ledger management, financial reporting, and the implementation of internal controls.
- Guide and lead a team in delivering accurate financial analyses that drive strategic business decisions.
- Innovate and improve existing financial processes while ensuring strict compliance with all financial policies and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience overseeing general ledger management, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- A track record of leading a team to produce accurate, decision-driving financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate accounting processes while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Experience operating effectively in a fully remote, global work environment.
