Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of comprehensive, movie-specific media strategies that support business and marketing goals.
- Work closely with senior leadership to maintain strategic consistency across all film titles.
- Develop data-backed perspectives grounded in audience insights and communication objectives.
- Present media strategies, performance results, and actionable recommendations to key client stakeholders.
- Monitor and communicate emerging trends in media, technology, and the entertainment industry.
- Take full ownership of media plans from initial strategy through execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Supervise media campaigns across all film releases, ensuring high-quality delivery and optimization.
- Coordinate with investment, activation, and performance teams to align on best practices and budget use.
- Manage changes to media plans and communicate updates clearly and in a timely manner.
- Support additional projects such as pacing analysis, budget forecasting, and planning scenarios.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing media planning team.
- Ensure tasks are clearly assigned, accountability is maintained, and feedback is delivered promptly.
- Serve as a backup to senior directors when required.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure alignment across markets.
- Partner with activation and investment leads to standardize workflows and operational processes.
