Responsibilities
- Lead continuous evaluation and cross-functional planning to assess which business functions are best suited for outsourcing or internal management.
- Develop and implement an operating model that enables scalability, manages risk, and supports key business initiatives across a matrixed structure.
- Advance business transformation by recognizing market trends and evolving outsourcing from task-based activities to outcome-driven strategies.
- Ensure service provider strategies support long-term corporate objectives, allowing adaptability and growth amid changing market conditions.
- Manage the full vendor selection lifecycle in collaboration with Procurement and operational leaders, including RFP oversight, vendor assessment, and onboarding aligned with organizational scale and culture.
- Collaborate with Procurement to establish effective Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work, while tracking value realization and return on investment.
- Negotiate key agreements with senior internal and external stakeholders to secure favorable commercial terms and operationally sound programs.
- Establish and monitor strict Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators focused on financial integrity, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Conduct regular operational oversight through consolidated performance reporting that delivers actionable insights and identifies root causes of performance issues.
- Work with finance teams to measure ROI on outsourcing efforts, conduct detailed billing reviews, and uncover opportunities for sustained cost reduction.
- Enforce high standards across all offshore and nearshore locations to ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, SOC2, and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with internal Audit, Security, and Compliance teams to manage responses to vendor audits or data-related incidents.
- Lead the transition and change management of new workstreams, including documentation, training, and workflow development.
- Serve as the main liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and consistent brand representation.
- Develop a compelling value proposition for vendor personnel to reduce turnover, retain institutional knowledge, and align external teams with company goals.
