About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of loan applications from initial inquiry to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations seeking financing
- Guide underwriting teams in assessing creditworthiness and financial viability

- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic lending initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline loan processing workflows
- Mentor and develop junior staff within the lending department

- Monitor portfolio performance and report key metrics to stakeholders
- Lead due diligence efforts for new loan opportunities
- Negotiate loan terms in alignment with risk parameters
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the lending process
- Promote equitable access to capital across diverse communities
- Contribute to policy development related to lending practices
- Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and compliance teams
