Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive-level client contacts to identify performance gaps and create learning strategies that produce tangible business results
- Convert intricate challenges into expandable, multi-format learning frameworks and program designs
- Establish and maintain standards for design excellence, quality assurance, and performance measurement across the company
- Evaluate and enhance deliverables from senior-level designers and consultants to improve the depth and precision of client solutions
- Lead exploratory discussions to uncover core business objectives beyond initial training requests
- Influence the design of solutions for proposals and key client projects
- Direct the integration of artificial intelligence and new technologies into design and delivery processes
- Mentor senior team members to strengthen their strategic thinking and autonomy
- Manage multiple high-complexity programs at a strategic level, ensuring alignment with quality benchmarks and impact goals
