Responsibilities
- Design and lead regular operational reviews for the IT department, focusing on service performance, system reliability, and support effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT service leads to define key performance indicators and ensure accountability for results.
- Work with service teams to monitor and follow up on actions from operational assessments.
- Guide the shift to sprint-based delivery across IT, implementing standardized methods, tools, and practices.
- Establish and monitor metrics that track agile maturity, team velocity, and ongoing process improvements.
- Train IT teams and managers in agile methodologies, supporting cultural change and long-term adoption.
- Manage the IT intranet and internal sites, ensuring information is accurate, easy to access, and supports business objectives.
- Oversee internal communications across IT and enterprise, including updates, newsletters, and change-related messaging.
- Create, maintain, and enforce policies related to remote work, device usage, and acceptable technology practices.
- Plan and run leadership development forums such as executive-level discussion series.
- Coordinate company-wide gatherings, including quarterly all-hands meetings and team engagement activities.
- Lead workforce planning efforts, including resource modeling, skills assessments, and geographic distribution strategies.
- Advance talent growth through structured job frameworks, career progression models, and competency standards.
- Manage early-career recruitment and development programs, including internships, new graduate onboarding, and academic partnerships.
- Oversee training initiatives to build technical capabilities and meet evolving technology demands.
