About the Role

Lead the development and execution of integrated influencer and public relations strategies to amplify brand presence and connect with diverse audiences through authentic narratives and high-impact collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee a global influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand goals
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key content creators and social media personalities
  • Design campaign frameworks that blend influencer content with PR initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end production of influencer partnerships, from concept to performance analysis
  • Serve as primary spokesperson in media and public-facing engagements
  • Pitch stories and secure coverage in relevant print and digital outlets
  • Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry analysts
  • Coordinate press activities including interviews, product placements, and media events
  • Monitor public sentiment and respond to brand-related media inquiries
  • Align influencer campaigns with product launches and seasonal marketing calendars
  • Track and report on campaign ROI using engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
  • Ensure brand consistency across all influencer-generated content
  • Lead crisis communication planning and response when needed
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on disclosure requirements
  • Stay current on trends in social media, influencer culture, and media landscapes
  • Manage external agency partners supporting PR and influencer efforts
  • Mentor and develop a team of marketing and PR specialists
  • Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership
  • Foster inclusive representation in influencer selection and storytelling
  • Evaluate new platforms and formats for emerging influencer opportunities
