Responsibilities
- Oversee the Property line's financial performance within the Small Commercial portfolio, collaborating with State teams to track results, detect patterns, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and expansion
- Lead analyses of moderate to high complexity to assess product and contract performance, converting data into clear tactical and strategic guidance
- Design new Property products and refine existing in-market offerings through iterative improvements
- Act as the main contact for Property-related analytics, delivering both on-demand and structured evaluations of critical business metrics
- Shape product line strategy by managing cross-functional initiatives that support both new product creation and the advancement of current Property products
- Advise on intricate business and design issues, including proposing upgrades to Property product features and structure
- Track competitor activity, market shifts, and industry changes to guide strategic decision-making
- Play a key role in shaping new product ideas and defining Property product strategy
- Lead and develop a team of four analysts, promoting a culture of inquiry, analytical precision, and professional development
- Manage cross-functional workstreams for medium- to long-term projects with moderate to high complexity
- Create scalable tools and standardized processes for use by cross-functional teams and analysts
- Prepare and present executive-level reports for senior leaders, including Small Commercial executives and the Chief Product Officer
- Promote knowledge transfer through coaching, training resources, and structured development programs
