Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 10–15 years of progressive HSE experience, including time in a comparable leadership role.
- Strong organization, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and train others.
- Proven leadership capability, with a collaborative approach and the confidence to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicles driven, with an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with unionized workforces is considered an asset.
