Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the global field marketing program, including owned events, third-party conferences, executive engagements, and digital initiatives, to generate net new pipeline, accelerate deals, and boost product adoption in mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Develop and oversee the global field marketing strategy, directing investments toward high-return formats and markets, and adjusting based on pipeline signals and sales priorities.
- Lead the growth of the flagship owned event portfolio, scaling it to new cities and regions while maintaining quality, commercial discipline, and local relevance.
- Establish and scale an executive engagement capability in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success, creating access to senior decision-makers in priority accounts through intimate, high-value formats.
- Work with Sales, SDR, Revenue Intelligence, and Marketing Ops to set up rigorous measurement frameworks for pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, speed-to-lead, and closed-won attribution, using insights to continuously optimize programs.
- Promote a culture of commercial accountability, where every program format is assessed against pipeline outcomes and investment decisions are evidence-based.
- Lead the partner marketing function, developing and executing co-marketing strategies with channel partners, technology partners, GSIs, ISVs, and integration partners to generate measurable pipeline and expand market reach.
- Create scalable co-marketing frameworks, including joint event programs, partner-led demand generation, marketplace activations, and partner enablement content, enabling partners to market effectively within their networks.
- Own partner-attached pipeline targets and contribution to ARR, ensuring partner marketing programs drive measurable commercial outcomes rather than activity metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative Studio teams to develop partner-specific messaging, assets, and campaign frameworks that align with positioning while allowing customization.
- Manage the global partner marketing calendar with clear accountability for joint pipeline targets, co-investment frameworks, and performance reporting.
- Continuously evolve the partner marketing operating model to support the growing partner ecosystem, including opportunities with hyperscalers, marketplace listings, and developer community programs.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team of field and partner marketers, fostering a culture of commercial accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the key marketing partner to Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Partnerships leadership, aligning field and partner activities with pipeline targets, territory plans, and revenue objectives.
- Represent field and partner marketing at the senior leadership level, clearly articulating strategy, program performance, investment rationale, and regional market insights.
- Build and maintain strong operating cadences with Sales leadership across all regions, ensuring tight alignment on target account lists, program priorities, and follow-up execution.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in field marketing, events, and/or partner marketing, with significant time in B2B SaaS, ideally at a global scale-up with 500+ employees.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling owned event programs, including executive engagement series, flagship conferences, and multi-city roadshows, with direct accountability for sourced and influenced pipeline outcomes.
- Proven track record in partner marketing, including co-marketing program design, partner enablement, and partner-attached pipeline generation across channel, technology, and GSI partner ecosystems.
- Strong AI literacy with hands-on experience using AI tools to scale field marketing operations, automate campaign execution workflows, and improve program ROI, including event setup automation, content personalization, lead scoring, and follow-up cadence management.
- Proven ability to embed AI into field marketing operating models, driving efficiency gains, faster execution cycles, and improved pipeline outcomes.
- Experience leading and developing a geographically distributed team of 6+ marketers across multiple regions, with a track record of building strong team cultures and developing regional marketers into senior contributors.
- Deep familiarity with the enterprise B2B buying cycle, including the interplay between field-sourced pipeline, SDR follow-up, sales acceleration, and partner-influenced revenue.
- Exceptional commercial instincts, comfortable owning pipeline targets, interpreting SFDC attribution data, and using program performance insights to influence investment decisions at the leadership level.
- Strong cross-functional instincts, a natural collaborator who can align Sales, Partnerships, SDR, and Product Marketing around shared field and partner priorities without formal authority.
- Excellent program management capabilities, able to maintain clarity and momentum across a complex global event calendar, multiple partner co-marketing initiatives, and a distributed team operating across time zones.
- A practical, proactive mindset, balancing strategic program design with a genuine willingness to be in the detail when it matters, from reviewing post-event attribution reports to being on the ground at a flagship event.
