Responsibilities
- Establish and manage global developer community initiatives, including local user groups, an MVP/Champions program, and outreach to universities and students.
- Develop and maintain systems, tools, and analytics that enable autonomous community growth.
- Identify, onboard, and guide community leaders and champions, offering resources and recognition to ensure sustained involvement.
- Launch and manage ambassador and champions programs, with structured recognition for top contributors.
- Implement community engagement strategies across platforms such as Discord, GitHub, Reddit, X/Twitter, and in-person events.
- Oversee online forums, extract actionable insights, and channel user feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Cultivate connections within the San Francisco AI ecosystem and organize events at the SF hub.

Compensation
For California applicants, the pay for this role begins at $210,000 plus variable, benefits, perks and equity.
