Azul seeks a Director, Global Customer Success to lead our customer relationships and strategy in the eastern region of the United States. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
What You'll Do
- Lead the customer success strategy and execution for accounts in the eastern US region.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key customers.
- Drive customer adoption, expansion, and renewals to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Customer Success leadership role, preferably at a global scale.
- Deep understanding of customer success methodologies and metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives in a remote environment.
