Arcadia is hiring a Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

About the Role

This role leads the financial planning and analysis function, partnering with executive leadership to shape financial strategy, improve forecasting, and deliver insights that guide company performance and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of annual operating plans and long-term financial forecasts
  • Design and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with department leaders to align financial goals with operational plans
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and trends
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for leadership
  • Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and planning processes
  • Analyze key business metrics and deliver actionable insights to executives
  • Support fundraising initiatives with financial data and projections
  • Oversee capital planning and resource allocation recommendations
  • Lead special financial projects including M&A analysis and cost optimization
  • Ensure financial systems and tools are scalable and efficient
  • Manage external reporting requirements for investors and board members
  • Develop and track KPIs across departments to measure financial health
  • Improve data integrity and reporting automation across finance systems
  • Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial close processes
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Evaluate new market opportunities through financial modeling
  • Assess risks and opportunities related to financial performance
  • Support pricing and product profitability analysis
  • Lead a team of financial analysts and develop talent within the FP&A function
