Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Forward Deployed Engineering team, enabling strong coordination between technical and client-facing departments.
- Lead the definition, planning, and execution of technology implementations at customer locations or in virtual environments.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource for clients and internal teams, ensuring solutions are technically sound and meet business objectives.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Recruit, coach, and build a high-achieving team that values innovation, ownership, and engineering quality.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track project progress, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Improve deployment workflows, tooling, and technical practices over time to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain direct engagement with strategic clients during implementation, resolving complex technical issues as needed.
