Responsibilities
- Serve as the top technical point of contact for EMEA clients, interacting with engineering teams and executive leadership
- Oversee hardware initialization, board-level integration, and embedded system troubleshooting, both on-site and remotely
- Assist in chip-level design, custom carrier board creation, and embedded Linux deployment
- Support customers integrating AI models and inference workflows using the Voyager SDK
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCIe, power management, signal integrity, thermal performance, and BSP startup
- Lead technical pre-sales activities and secure design wins with OEMs, ODMs, system integrators, and end customers in Europe
- Develop field application engineering processes, documentation, and support systems tailored to the EMEA region
- Hire, train, and supervise FAE engineers as the regional team expands
- Coordinate technical field priorities with business objectives and contribute to regional and global FAE planning
- Act as the key technical liaison between EMEA customer requirements and global research, development, and product teams
- Collect and communicate customer insights and product feedback to Product Management and R&D departments
- Manage relationships with strategic accounts, distributors, and channel partners throughout EMEA
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development on product launches, customer onboarding, and market intelligence
- Represent the company at technical conferences, industry events, and forums across the EMEA region
