Herbalife is hiring a Director, Executive Communications

Responsibilities

  • Manage all executive communications for the entire C-suite, with primary emphasis on the CEO, covering speeches, town halls, written messages, video scripts, and strategic presentations.
  • Oversee executive communications for quarterly earnings and major financial events, including CEO scripts, press releases, Q&A documents, and cross-functional messaging coordination with Finance and Investor Relations.
  • Create, document, and continuously improve a unified executive narrative and message platform that aligns with corporate strategy and is consistently applied across the C-suite.
  • Take ownership and update internal communications and executive leadership channels, such as company-wide emails, intranet, internal video, and leadership forums, to promote clarity, engagement, and relevance for employees and distributors.
  • Develop and manage the online presence of key executives, directing executive social media strategy and content, particularly on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, to boost visibility, credibility, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate across departments including Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, HR, Marketing, Brand, and regional leaders to ensure executive communications are consistent, accurate, compliant, and reflect a global, culturally aware viewpoint.
  • Lead the development and ongoing management of an executive communications content library, including bios, data points, key messages, FAQs, talking points, and modular content usable across channels and markets.
  • Collect and analyze feedback and performance data, such as engagement, sentiment, digital metrics, and event feedback, to refine executive and internal communications strategies, content, and channels.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on message development, delivery, and executive presence, helping them communicate with clarity, authenticity, and impact in both written and spoken formats.
  • Handle multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment, including supporting crisis and issues communications that require a CEO or executive response.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
