Responsibilities
- Leads digital transformation and integrates global initiatives into local market execution.
- Collaborates with clients to shape regional digital strategy and aligns it with annual planning and digital maturity goals.
- Develops frameworks supporting teams and clients in areas such as way of working, data, analytics, and measurement.
- Owns digital integration and adaptable components for specific categories and brands within the market.
- Enforces adherence to best practices, processes, and change management across regional clusters.
- Partners in advancing thought leadership by analyzing market trends, competition, brand goals, and performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with clients, external partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Aligns regional and global projects with media implementation and shares ownership of innovation initiatives like cloud solutions and AI.
- Supports out-of-scope projects and leads local testing and learning efforts with regional and global teams.
- Participates in or leads key client meetings and workshops as needed.
- Serves as the main contact for adopting regional and global standards and coordinates central training from global teams.
