About the Role: We're seeking a Director of Data Infrastructure to spearhead and elevate our data ecosystem transformation at Wellvine Health. This strategic position emphasizes precise execution and operational sophistication—guiding our technological migration from GCP/GBQ to AWS/Databricks and Unified Event Tracking systems toward comprehensive implementation and organizational impact. You'll direct two specialized teams — Infrastructure Engineering and Customer Interaction Engineering — responsible for constructing, maintaining, and refining foundational data architecture and interaction tracking mechanisms powering analytics, personalization, and marketing automation. You'll collaborate extensively with Product, Legal, Analytics, CRM, and Marketing departments to guarantee data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and standardization across organizational systems. Your leadership will ensure our data infrastructure and interaction pipelines remain reliable, high-performing, and economically optimized while cultivating engineering excellence and interdepartmental collaboration.
