Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of cloud-native data platforms supporting analytics, data lakehouse, and AI workloads
- Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on data and artificial intelligence investments
- Establish and implement standardized architecture frameworks, design patterns, and technical blueprints
- Conduct architecture evaluations, platform audits, and technical due diligence exercises
- Convert intricate business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions
- Oversee architecture strategy for Databricks, including Delta Lake and Unity Catalog implementations
- Promote and enforce data governance principles across metadata, data quality, lineage, and modeling
- Integrate privacy and security controls by design, aligned with regulatory requirements
- Facilitate discovery workshops to uncover root issues and identify opportunities for value creation
- Guide the professional growth of early and mid-career architects and consultants
- Support business development through proposal contributions and innovation initiatives
- Develop and maintain strategic alliances with key technology vendors and cloud providers
