Responsibilities

- Negotiate with creditors and lenders to restructure debt obligations
- Prepare detailed restructuring plans and implementation roadmaps
- Oversee administration in formal insolvency processes
- Conduct cash flow forecasting and liquidity assessments
- Evaluate asset disposals and business divestitures
- Advise on governance changes during restructuring
- Support management teams through organizational transformation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
- Deliver expert opinions on solvency and financial position
- Manage cross-border restructuring cases where applicable
- Coordinate with forensic accounting teams when necessary
- Present findings and recommendations to boards and stakeholders
