About the Role
This role leads the development and execution of data strategies to support compliance monitoring, reporting, and risk assessment. The individual will collaborate across departments to ensure data accuracy, drive process improvements, and maintain alignment with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities

- Drive automation of compliance reporting workflows
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Support internal and external audit processes with data evidence
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and integrity
- Establish key performance indicators for compliance metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional training on compliance data standards
- Lead ad hoc analyses in response to regulatory changes
- Ensure timely delivery of compliance-related data to stakeholders
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making
- Align analytics initiatives with organizational compliance goals
Nice to Have
