About the Role

This role is responsible for leading compensation strategy and execution across the organization. The individual will partner with HR and business leaders to develop competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation frameworks that support talent acquisition, retention, and performance. The position oversees a team managing base, incentive, and equity pay programs globally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of global compensation strategies
  • Partner with HR business partners and senior leaders to align pay practices with organizational objectives
  • Oversee design and management of base salary, bonus, and equity programs
  • Ensure compensation structures support performance-driven cultures
  • Analyze market data to maintain competitive positioning
  • Manage compensation planning processes across regions
  • Drive pay equity and fairness across teams and geographies
  • Develop job architecture and leveling frameworks
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition on offer strategies
  • Support executive compensation initiatives in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Lead annual compensation reviews and cycle planning
  • Implement compensation systems and tools to improve efficiency
  • Provide guidance on complex compensation cases
  • Maintain compliance with local and international regulations
  • Oversee external benchmarking studies
  • Train managers on compensation philosophy and practices
  • Evaluate effectiveness of pay programs through data analysis
  • Align compensation strategy with diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
  • Manage vendor relationships for survey and software providers
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership review
  • Ensure scalability of programs as the organization grows
  • Foster a culture of transparency and trust around pay decisions
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Mentor and develop compensation team members
  • Drive continuous improvement in compensation processes
