Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle onboarding of new clients, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery that meets client requirements.
- Provide technical direction for ETL processes, data mapping, and integration workflows, enforcing consistency and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance CMS Interoperability and related implementation procedures.
- Lead coordination with global and offshore teams to ensure aligned priorities and disciplined execution.
- Mentor data engineers and new team members to build a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Drive daily delivery operations, including resource allocation, planning, and cross-team prioritization.
- Define key performance indicators for the team, track progress, and implement improvements.
- Champion innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies that enhance scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in data engineering, including direct client-facing implementation roles.
- Proven track record in leading and guiding technical teams.
- Extensive hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and complex data integrations.
- Familiarity with healthcare data systems and standards, including experience with clinical or claims data.
- Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark for data transformation tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in writing, tuning, and managing complex SQL queries over large datasets.
- Experience working with AWS infrastructure and data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
- Hands-on use of GitHub or GitLab for version control and team collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to resolving technical and operational challenges.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

- Experience supporting healthcare analytics, payer systems, or operational workflows in healthcare.
- Exposure to machine learning methods or data science pipelines.
- Knowledge of data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
