Rackspace is hiring a Director – Business Acquisitions - Bid Management & Solutions to lead strategic initiatives within our Private Cloud Healthcare Solutions vertical. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through comprehensive bid management and tailored solution development.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end process for business acquisitions within the healthcare solutions space
- Own and manage the bid lifecycle, from qualification to proposal submission
- Develop and architect compelling solutions for Private Cloud tailored to healthcare clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposal alignment and competitive positioning
- Drive continuous improvement in bid management processes and solution frameworks
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior bid management, solutions architecture, or business development role, preferably within IT services or cloud computing
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its technology landscape
- Strong track record of leading and winning complex, high-value bids
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to develop financially sound and technically robust solutions
