Responsibilities
- Embrace and advance the organization’s overarching vision in partnership with executive leaders to achieve strategic priorities.
- Implement business strategies with regional advisory groups, monitoring progress against OKRs and yearly targets.
- Oversee the yearly budgeting process for advisory regions, ensuring responsible use of financial resources.
- Drive regional expansion efforts aligned with company-wide objectives.
- Create and execute plans for practice improvement, supporting ongoing advisor and team growth.
- Support transition and succession planning in coordination with Transition Advisors for regional teams.
- Partner with Onboarding, Integration, and Transactions teams to ensure seamless integration of new firms.
- Hold routine check-ins with Wealth Advisors to monitor goal achievement and track performance.
- Promote and uphold rigorous compliance standards across advisory practices.
- Collaborate with team managers on staffing strategies and workforce planning.
- Provide advisors with timely, constructive feedback and developmental guidance.
- Represent advisor perspectives, ensuring diverse voices are heard and understood at leadership levels.
- Adopt a problem-solving mindset to remove obstacles, enhance client service, and improve team performance.
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration to deploy best practices and support new firm integrations.
- Connect advisors with relevant training and tools to strengthen practice management and firm alignment.
- Act as an engaged, results-driven member of the Advisory Leadership Team.
- Develop and interpret key performance metrics to guide advisory team success.
- Foster a workplace culture that embodies core company values within the advisory community.
