DNEG is hiring a Directeur technique adjoint chargé du pipeline / Pipeline Assistant Technical Director (DNEG Animation)

Responsibilities

  • Offer technical guidance and support to artists across multiple ongoing productions.
  • Evaluate, resolve, or escalate project-related technical requests as needed.
  • Support and guide junior technical directors in handling support tickets and workflows.
  • Contribute to development initiatives, code reviews, and production testing to enhance pipeline performance and artist workflows.
  • Engage in regular development sprints and present progress during sprint demonstrations to peers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project management teams to ensure timely delivery of development tasks.
  • Partner with project leadership to gather stakeholder feedback and integrate it into development work.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation to aid in change management and tool adoption.
  • Actively participate in training and mentoring junior technical staff.
  • Under the guidance of pipeline architects and supervisors, help define project scope and direction in line with the development roadmap.
  • Assist pipeline leads in project setup and configuration management.
