Responsibilities
- Offer technical guidance and support to artists across multiple ongoing productions.
- Evaluate, resolve, or escalate project-related technical requests as needed.
- Support and guide junior technical directors in handling support tickets and workflows.
- Contribute to development initiatives, code reviews, and production testing to enhance pipeline performance and artist workflows.
- Engage in regular development sprints and present progress during sprint demonstrations to peers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with project management teams to ensure timely delivery of development tasks.
- Partner with project leadership to gather stakeholder feedback and integrate it into development work.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation to aid in change management and tool adoption.
- Actively participate in training and mentoring junior technical staff.
- Under the guidance of pipeline architects and supervisors, help define project scope and direction in line with the development roadmap.
- Assist pipeline leads in project setup and configuration management.
