Smartbug Media is seeking an Account Director to join its Sales department. This remote position, based in Canada, is a strategic role focused on managing and expanding high-value client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention.
- Serve as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor for your portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in an account management or strategic sales role, preferably within an agency or marketing services environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and client success principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex client relationships and navigate challenging conversations.
