Autodesk de Costa Rica, S.R.L. is looking for a Digital UX Designer, Enablement Platforms to lead the development and execution of digital platform user experience for its sales enablement platform, Mindtickle. This role shapes the vision, sets design standards, and drives modern enablement experiences for global sales, customer success, and partner teams.
What You'll Do
- Set the design and user experience strategy and standards for GTME’s enablement platform, ensuring consistency, scalability, and creativity to maximize user experience and revenue impact.
- Champion learner-centric platform features to support storytelling principles, ensuring platform experiences are engaging, relevant, and align with Autodesk’s brand, tone, and GTM priorities.
- Create and deploy engaging experiences, including creation and delivery of graphics, GIFs, and other visual elements to support user engagement.
- Partner with enablement program owners, program, industry experts, and regional leaders to translate business needs into compelling digital campaigns and experiences.
- Partner with platform vendors to ensure successful deployment of feature releases.
- Internally champion emerging technologies and modalities (AI simulations, video, social/peer learning, experiential design) to keep enablement fresh and impactful.
- Develop and support gamified user experience.
- Define success metrics for platform effectiveness, analyze user engagement data, and apply insights to continuously optimize experiences.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital UX design and execution, including digital graphic creation.
- Proven track record of leading platform design and execution to deliver large-scale, global digital experiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Video production and editing of shortform content with the purpose of supporting user experience.
- Familiarity with digital adoption, gamification, or immersive enablement technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Partners with stakeholders across Go to Market Enablement (GTME), Program Management, Marketing, and regional teams.
