Responsibilities
- Engage daily with clients from France, Belgium, or Spain to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Create and deliver commercial proposals in French, English, or Spanish using Word.
- Identify and execute opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other business tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
