Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure digital products comply with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards
Conduct manual accessibility evaluations on web and mobile platforms using assistive tools and technologies
Assess design deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and final implementations for accessibility adherence
Interpret user research and behavioral insights to refine user flows, navigation, and interface designs
Develop wireframes, storyboards, interactive prototypes, and supporting design documentation as required
Perform accessibility assessments within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), evaluating both content and components
Record accessibility issues and suggested improvements using standardized evaluation frameworks and Jira processes
Work with product teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve accessibility-related defects
Lead design sessions and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into unified, accessible design solutions
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and enterprise-wide design standards
Evaluate final digital products against accessibility, usability, and organizational design benchmarks
Offer expert advice to internal teams and external partners involved in user experience design projects
