About the Role
This position is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and support sales growth through targeted campaigns, performance analysis, and cross-channel optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across search and social platforms
- Optimize landing pages and conversion paths to improve lead quality and volume
- Collaborate with content teams to align messaging with campaign goals
- Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies in real time
- Manage A/B testing for email, ad copy, and landing pages
- Coordinate with sales teams to refine lead handoff processes
- Build and maintain detailed campaign reports for leadership review
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
- Support SEO initiatives through keyword research and content recommendations
- Execute retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors
- Manage digital asset libraries and campaign documentation
- Work with external vendors and agencies as needed
- Develop audience segmentation models for targeted outreach
- Integrate marketing automation workflows with CRM systems
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including CAC and ROI
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all campaigns
- Assist in planning quarterly and annual marketing budgets
- Contribute to demand forecasting and pipeline planning
- Support event marketing with digital promotion and follow-up campaigns
