About the Role
The ideal candidate will lead digital marketing initiatives, including campaign strategy, content creation, and performance analysis, to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across search and social platforms
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts
- Oversee social media content scheduling and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals
- Track, report, and interpret campaign performance metrics
- Conduct keyword research and refine SEO strategies
- Maintain and update website content to support marketing goals
- Monitor online reviews and support reputation management efforts
- Support email marketing initiatives with segmentation and messaging
- Use analytics tools to assess traffic, conversions, and user behavior
- Identify new digital opportunities to expand market reach
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
- Coordinate with field teams to align marketing with service areas
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates
- Prepare monthly performance summaries for leadership review
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics
- Experience in the home services or HVAC industry
- Working knowledge of HTML and basic web design
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
