Responsibilities
- Assist the Associate Director in overseeing a small team of media buyers
- Ensure team deliverables meet expectations and serve as the primary contact for issue resolution
- Lead performance development planning and goal-setting sessions for team members
- Contribute actively to workplace culture through knowledge sharing and participation in internal initiatives
- Manage daily coordination between agency teams, global offices, and international client representatives
- Develop and execute programmatic and social media strategies
- Collaborate with team members to generate and present regular performance reports
- Analyze client business goals and challenges to deliver tailored digital solutions
- Establish and manage a structured process for quarterly business reviews
- Champion innovation to keep client campaigns at the cutting edge of digital media practices
- Provide leadership on digital initiatives, including timely updates, deadline management, and reporting oversight
- Oversee the development of integrated digital media plans grounded in technical platform expertise
- Evaluate and understand the capabilities of partner technologies
- Support the identification of new programmatic and social media partners for client expansion
- Monitor and manage media spending in collaboration with team members
- Analyze campaign performance to detect trends and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with the team to achieve key business metrics such as ROI, traffic, and budget adherence
- Guide junior staff in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting processes
- Mentor less experienced team members to improve their skills in programmatic and social media execution
- Enforce strict standards for data integrity and reporting quality across all team outputs
