Responsibilities
- Position and promote digital learning as a strategic lever for individual performance and rapid skill development.
- Develop and manage digital training pathways while ensuring the commercialization and updating of certifications.
- Analyze training needs based on feedback from clients and partners.
- Monitor program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Communicate program results, including financial indicators and learner satisfaction levels.
- Maintain constant collaboration with Product, Engineering, Documentation, and Sales teams to achieve mission objectives.
- Ensure the relevance and impact of certifications offered to clients.
Requirements
- Digital Learning Architecture: Ability to build digital learning paths tailored to target audience needs.
- Cloud Computing: Essential knowledge of the cloud computing field.
- LMS Platforms: Mastery of e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Instructional Design Tools: Proficiency in authoring tools and dedicated e-learning software.
- Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in both French and English.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to receive and integrate feedback.
- Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Adaptability: Comfortable with diverse technical products, terminology, and industry players.
