Responsibilities
- Transform digital, customer, and omnichannel data into clear insights that inform commercial strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance visualizations for digital and omnichannel initiatives.
- Oversee digital measurement setups across platforms including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and adherence to analytics governance standards across key digital systems.
- Work with Digital, Marketing, Customer, Data, and Technology teams to define KPIs, track performance, and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with external agencies and analytics partners to maintain effective tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks.
- Assist in designing and evaluating tests to measure digital performance outcomes.
- Convert complex analytical findings into practical, business-facing recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
