In this role at our innovative digital agency, you will develop creative ideas and digital communication concepts, cleverly using AI tools and collaborating with the design team to make brands shine.

What You'll Do

Develop creative ideas and digital communication concepts for campaigns and content strategies.
Write target-group-specific and convincing texts for websites, social media, and advertising materials.
Adapt content according to SEO guidelines to improve reach and visibility.
Plan and control content productions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Use generative AI like ChatGPT or Midjourney for efficient creation, optimization, and personalization of content.
Interpret campaign results and continuously optimize content based on data and insights.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in the areas mentioned above.
A good sense for storytelling, developing creative ideas, and telling stories that position brands effectively in digital channels.
SEO know-how: knowledge of SEO strategies and keyword optimization to make content findable and relevant.
Experience with AI tools: proficient work with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney for efficient content creation.
Digital content competence: conceptualizing and realizing editorial content for various digital platforms.

Nice to Have

A completed degree in communication, marketing, or journalism (can be compensated by professional experience).
