The American Farm Bureau Federation is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to create and optimize content across our digital marketing channels. In this role, you will drive engagement and support organization objectives through compelling digital media.
What You'll Do
- Create and deliver timely, trending, and engaging video content for use across Farm Bureau's digital communication channels.
- Work with various programs in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, to produce digital elements like social media graphics and videos, coordinating with the communications team and AFBF staff.
- Work with state Farm Bureaus to produce video content for federation-wide use.
- Identify and produce video content based on digital trends, providing strategic recommendations to the digital marketing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create digital content and enhance campaigns across platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support communications operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven knowledge and experience in social media, video, and graphic design.
- Experience working independently and as part of a team, often under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of agriculture.

Team & Environment
This role reports to the Managing Director, Brand Marketing.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Washington, DC.
