The Digital Content Design & AI Specialist partners with key stakeholders across the affiliate to drive content and web excellence, ensuring compelling, compliant, and effective digital content is created and activated across customer channels. This role leads the affiliate content creation support process and serves as an AI champion, leveraging AI-powered tools to improve customer experience, storytelling quality, and content scalability.
Own the design and creation of high-quality, customer-centric digital content across channels (CLM, email, web, events, social).
Able to translate complex medical and scientific information into clear, structured, and engaging content for different audiences.
Apply content design principles (clarity, consistency, visual hierarchy, storytelling) to enhance engagement and comprehension.
Ensure strong alignment with brand strategy, tone of voice, and compliance requirements.
Leverage modular content approaches to enable reuse, scalability, and omnichannel activation.
Collaborate with brand teams, medical, and agencies to co-create impactful content assets.
Continuously improve content quality based on performance insights and user feedback.

Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
Maintain roadmap and oversee execution of content and AI-related initiatives.
Track and report KPIs related to content performance and adoption.
Drive training and enablement for content and AI tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies and oversee support processes.
