Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and safe for customer use
- Utilize company tools and technology to document, diagnose, and perform repairs, including basic diagnostics
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as tire replacement or rotation, lubrication, component replacement, minor electrical repairs, and cooling system upkeep on both diesel and gas-powered vehicles
- Collaborate with management to develop skills through structured technician training and practical coaching
- Complete additional assignments as directed by a supervisor
