Responsibilities
- Configure, calibrate, and run various auxiliary binding machines
- Examine machinery for potential safety hazards
- Operate automated adhesive binding systems that process collated sheets or signatures through multiple integrated stages
- Perform adjustments to synchronize multiple stations within a single machine
- Lead production team members through all phases of manufacturing
- Track product quality, production volume, and operational efficiency

- 2nd Shift Differential: $2/hr
- May operate automatic adhesive binding machines (perfect binders)
- Direct crew though all aspects of production
- Monitor quality, output and productivity
