Responsibilities
- Evaluate candidates' proficiency in DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies through technical interviews.
- Work with the recruitment team to create and refine interview questions that meet the company's DevOps role requirements and standards.
- Deliver thorough feedback and analysis of candidate skills to hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest DevOps technologies and practices to maintain relevant and current interviewing techniques.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with extensive experience in DevOps environments, including automation, CI/CD, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts and solutions.
- Professional demeanor and ability to provide constructive, unbiased feedback.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in technical interviewing, coaching, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
