Responsibilities
- Guide, develop, and support a high-performing, globally remote engineering team with a positive and collaborative culture.
- Drive the successful implementation and delivery of complex, mission-critical annual initiatives focused on large-scale infrastructure modernization, reliability, and system availability.
- Lead and improve change management practices across engineering and product functions to ensure consistency and accountability.
- Coordinate major system-wide changes, aligning cross-functional technical teams, reducing friction, and eliminating silos to deliver unified infrastructure outcomes.
- Build, execute, and continuously enhance reliable support processes, agile planning frameworks, and deployment strategies to maintain operational rigor.
- Oversee and refine the global on-call schedule to balance team sustainability with system reliability.
- Direct incident management using Rootly, ensuring transparent communication, fast resolution, and thorough, blameless post-incident reviews.
