Intento is seeking a DevOps Team Lead to guide the team building the infrastructure for our Machine Translation and Multilingual Generative AI platform. You will design robust cloud systems while providing mentorship and technical leadership.

What You'll Do

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like RnD and Product to ensure seamless product delivery.
Design, implement, and continuously improve the cloud infrastructure for Intento’s products.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Set clear goals, provide feedback, and remove roadblocks to ensure high team performance.
Handle people management, including onboarding, performance management, growth support, and managing time off.
Ensure cloud infrastructure complies with security and regulatory requirements, integrating security best practices.
Work with the CIO to create mid-term plans aligned with company goals and requests from other teams.
Handle short-term planning and implementation in line with mid-term plans and projects.
Participate in on-call shifts to meet a 365/7/24 schedule, while working to reduce incidents through automation.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of AWS experience, including EKS.
2+ years of Kubernetes experience.
1+ years of Terraform experience.
3+ years of infrastructure operations experience.
1+ years of people management experience.
Basic knowledge of at least some of the following programming languages: Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
AWS certifications such as SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
